RETURNS
You can raise the return within 24 hours from the time of delivery of an item, subject to following conditions:
In case of defects, Return will be processed subject to customer send the visible images of the damaged product to our email/ watsapp or other mode of communications acknowledged by Seerat. However , any weaving irregularity wouldn’t be considered as a defect. As small irregularities are considered to be the beauty of a handmade product.
Subject to satisfaction of the above condition, we will try to replace/exchange the damaged item with exactly same one within 14 days from receiving the return, however, any delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances, seerat will not be responsible.
In Case, the exchange/replacement is not possible, seerat will offer you credit points equal to the amount of item you purchased, which shall be valid for a period of one(1) year from the date of issuance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Fall Pico completed sarees will not be eligible for a return.
RETURN SHIPPING
THE CUSTOMER MUST SELF-RETURN THE PRODUCTS THROUGH A SAFE COURIER OR SPEED POST.
CANCELLATIONS
Confirmed orders shall not be cancelled after payment has been completed . Any custom made or pre-order shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Notwithstanding anything mentioned above, orders for which any extra services (like fall – pico) have been availed or requested for, shall not be eligible for cancellation.
